Description:
This exciting and spine-tingling class will help children gain cardiovascular and muscular strength, flexibility, coordination and learn to play with others. This will be accomplished through a variety of aerobic exercises, sports, games and other fun activities. Each week will focus on a different game or theme. First class is the letter B which includes, bubbles, balls and bean bags, Scooter or bike day, tumbling day and much more! Parachute and bubble activities are just part of the fun! Wear your gym shoes; we will do lots of running and jumping.
