Description:
Each class will begin with muscle stretches and work into basic tumbling equipment at stations where students will learn many different skills. Students will also learn a basic routine on the balance beam, and be introduced to somersaults, cartwheels and back walkovers. Students should wear loose clothing such as leotards or shorts. Beginners and advanced students welcome.
