This yoga class, led by a trained and certified kids yoga instructor, gives adults the opportunity to practice yoga and bond with their chidl. This is a playful class, filled with yoga games, musci, and more! Participants will improve strength and flexibility, as well as learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and mindfulness techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others through fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and playful activities. No yoga expereince needed.
