Ballet Fitness is a fusion of ballet barre exercises, core training and isolations for better body awareness and a noticeable improvement in strength, flexibility and balance. You do so much for
others…do something for yourself and improve your health at the same time! Dress Code: Workout apparel and Ballet/Jazz shoes (or clean sneakers with no tread) This is a virtual class ran on the Zoom platform. Once registered a link will be emailed before the start of the class.
