Toddler & Preschool Yoga Fun is designed for the little yogis ages 2-5 (older siblings welcome) to move their bodies, socialize, and practice group skills, while also learning how to breathe and calm themselves. The focus will be on gross motor skills and mindful movement, using games, music, books, small crafts, and fun props to make it engaging and fun for this busy age group! Class is taught by Miss Katie from DownPup Yoga, a certified kids yoga instructor. This is a relaxed class with no yoga experience needed! Adults may participate with their child or sit with them and observe, but must remain in the room. Please bring a yoga mat for each participant.
