Description:
Cardio Drumming is a FUN full-body workout you can do standing or sitting! This workout uses the principles of rhythm and movement to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition & core.
Please bring your own equipment: large stability ball (55-65cm), drum sticks, & round 17 gallon bucket or round laundry basket.
