Description:
Enjoy a guided meditation paired with long-held yin yoga poses to release tension in the body's connective tissues. Breathing techniques will help calm the nervous system, promoting a sense of balance and connection. Open to all levels - if you can sit or lie comfortably on your mat, you'll benefit from the restorative poses, breathwork, and meditation. Bring a mat and water bottle.
