Description:
Designed for complete beginners or for yoga students looking to start fresh, this progressive course will focus on building new skills each week. Over the course, we will learn basic yoga poses from the vinyasa style of yoga, such as downward facing dog, cobra, and child's pose. Breathwork techniques and simple meditation skills will help you find presence and calm both on and off the yoga mat.
To ensure personalized feedback and instruction, class size is limited. Hands on adjustment (with consent) will be available. All levels of fitness are welcome. Mats and yoga props are available to borrow, or feel free to bring your own.
