Description:
Little Warrior class is specifically designed for kids with a focus on developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. We want to create a strong mind and body through fitness in a fun and safe environment. Learning new obstacles each week helps athletes develop a positive mind set towards themselves and others. Setting and achieving goals help boost their self-confidence and self-worth. Your child will jump, roll, climb and balance through our obstacle course. The last 10 minutes of class a partner exercise will be introduced.
